Personal Care Aide (Home Care Aide Services)
We are a home care aide services agency in operation since 2007, providing care to elderly individuals in their homes. We currently need a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client in Litchfield, MN.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with showering and dressing
- Help with walking and mobility
- Provide standby assistance as needed
Long‑term position with both full‑time and part‑time hours available. Schedule is flexible but employees must stick to a mutually agreed schedule.
Compensation and BenefitsW‑2 employee, paid $30 per hour ($26 base + $4 bonus for completing all scheduled shifts). Same day pay option available at no cost.
Requirements- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must obtain a recent Tuberculosis (TB) skin test (cost $25–$75, reimbursed on first paycheck if receipt provided).
