Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We welcome both newcomers and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Work Location:

In‑person | Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour

• Salary increase after 6 months
• $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours

• Completed 40‑hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred; willing to assist in attaining RBT status
