• Appropriate licensure for Speech and Language Therapist
• Knowledge in research-based best practices

• Plan and implements individualized speech and language therapy designed to meet the educational needs of children on IEPs
• Creates a learning environment conducive to the learning needs of children with disabilities
• Encourages student success by collaborating with classroom teachers and assisting with accommodations and modifications when appropriate
• Employs a variety of instructional techniques embedding technology when appropriate
• Maintains accurate and complete records as required by law and district procedure
