Position: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Albertville, Minnesota
Location: Albertville

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications And Desired Experience
  • Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), or be a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
  • Licensed or eligible as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience with teletherapy and in-person school-based services
  • Background in healthcare-based SLP/SLPA settings is a plus
  • Passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and student progress
  • Provide both direct and virtual speech/language therapy sessions as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Adapt therapy approaches to address a variety of communication challenges
