We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007, helping elderly people stay safe and well in their homes.

This position is based in Remer, MN, and involves caring for an elderly male client who requires assistance with showering, dressing, walking, and medication reminders.

• Assist the client with daily personal care tasks such as showering and dressing.
• Help the client walk safely within the home and surrounding area.
• Provide medication reminders and support in medication management.
• Maintain a supportive and respectful environment for the client.
• Follow the agreed schedule and communicate any changes promptly.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) skin test if not recent; the test can be completed at a local County Health Department or a CVS Minute Clinic. The cost is $25 at the health department and $75 at CVS; the cost will be reimbursed with the first paycheck if a receipt is provided.

• W-2 employee with same‑day pay options at no cost to the caregiver.
• Hourly wage of $30: $26 base plus a $4 bonus for completing all scheduled shifts during the pay period.
• Flexible schedule once it is agreed upon.
• Paid at $30/hour with the bonus applied automatically.
