Home Care Aide Elderly Male in Fosston, MN

Position Overview

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client in Fosston, MN with showering, dressing, and walking.

• Assist the client with showering, dressing, and walking.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care.
• Follow the agreed schedule and maintain consistency.

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must complete a TB (tuberculosis) skin test. Candidates may obtain this test at a local County Health Department or at a CVS Minute Clinic. The cost ranges from $25 to $75; the company reimburses the expense upon receipt.
• Work all scheduled shifts to receive the full $30 hourly rate ($26 base + $4 bonus). If any shift is missed, the bonus is not paid.

• Hourly rate: $30 per hour ($26 base + $4 bonus for completing all scheduled shifts).
• Position:
  Long-term, 4 hours per week.
• W-2 employee; same-day pay option at no cost.
• Flexible schedule; must stick to the agreed times.
