Qualified Mental Health Professionals provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children, adults, and families in home, office, and community-based settings. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a mission-driven team while delivering high-quality mental health care.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy

Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility

Meet productivity and documentation standards

Collaborate with Fernbrook staff and external service providers

Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development

Uphold Fernbrook’s mission, values, and agency policies

What We’re Looking For

Active licensure as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP

Strong ethical judgment and professional boundaries

Ability to manage time, schedules, and deadlines independently

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing clinical growth

Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
