Overview

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

• Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
• Salary increase after 6 months
• $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours

• Provide behavior support within group settings

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
