Position Overview
We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We offer same‑day pay options for our caregivers.
RolePersonal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client in Watkins, MN with daily personal care tasks including showering, dressing, walking and medication reminders. This long‑term position requires 5 hours per week.
Compensation & Schedule- Base pay $26 per hour with a $4 bonus per hour for completing all agreed shifts ($30 total).
- Same‑day pay available at no cost.
- Flexible schedule, but must adhere to the agreed schedule.
- 5 hours per week.
- W‑2 employee.
- No experience required; training provided.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must complete a TB skin test within the last 90 days. Local county health departments or CVS Minute Clinics provide the test and costs will be reimbursed if receipt is retained.
