Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Job Types: Part‑time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Salary increase after 6 months
• $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours

• Completed 40‑hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred; willingness to assist attainment if not certified

• Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life

• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills, social skills, and self‑help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings
