Location: Dawson
Johnson Memorial Health Services is seeking an entry-level Nursing Assistant Trainee to support residents while enrolled in an approved CNA training program. The NAT will be hired as a JMHS employee and work under supervision, with casual/PRN shifts agreed upon based on availability and need.
Upon successful CNA certification and competency validation, the NAT transitions into a CNA role at JMHS with updated job responsibilities and compensation.
