Breckenridge: 40% IP; 40% SNF/LTC; 20% OP Wheaton: 65% OP; 15% IP; 10% HH; 10% SNF/LTC Caseload:
Adults and Geriatrics
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 8:00-4:30 (2 days in Wheaton; 3 in Breckenridge
Start Date:
ASAP Guaranteed
Hours:
40/week Onboarding Requirements: 4 weeks needed for onboarding Contract length: 13 weeks Other Notes:
Willing to be flexible on schedule and guarantee of hours If only wanted one location, would be willing to consider with a lower guarantee of hours
