Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full‑time and part‑time Caregivers (Resident Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants / Trained Medication Aides) to provide exceptional personal care for our residents.

As a Caregiver at River Oaks of Minnesota, you are on the front line, providing direct care and medication management for our residents. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs.
• Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Providing individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents’ dignity and promote well‑being.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks when time allows, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Communicating residents’ health status with medical personnel and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements for a Caregiver (RA/CNA/TMA):

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassion for individuals with physical and mental health challenges

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with patient care, medication administration, or basic medical terminology
