Job Summary

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We are seeking a Personal Home Care Aide in Ottertail, MN to assist an elderly male client with showering, dressing, and walking throughout the city of Ottertail.

• Assist client with showering, dressing, and walking in the city of Ottertail.
• Follow the client’s agreed schedule, maintaining punctuality and consistency.
• Perform all assigned caregiving duties in accordance with the care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to the client.

Part‑time or full‑time positions available. The schedule is flexible but must be adhered to once agreed upon.

Base pay is $26 per hour with an additional $4 per hour bonus for meeting all scheduled shifts, resulting in a total of $30 per hour. The position is offered as a W‑2 employee.

• No previous experience required; on‑site training will be provided.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must complete a TB skin test if not performed recently. Testing can be completed at a local County Health Department or a CVS Minute Clinic. The cost of the test will be reimbursed by the company.
