Location: Roseau
Prairie Community Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Support Provider in Roseau, MN to supervise, care for, and ensure the safety of individuals served. Responsibilities include daily living support, recreation, community orientation, medication assistance, meal prep, and documentation.
CPR/First Aid may be required to respond to emergencies. Qualifications include minimum age 17, DHS background clearance, a valid driver’s license, and English proficiency.
