This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will be compassionate, attentive, and eager to learn. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitor clients for changes in physical or emotional condition and report to supervising nurse
- Follow care plans developed by the nurse or care coordinator
- Support clients with medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Uphold client privacy, dignity, and respect at all times
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Must complete agency-provided caregiver training upon hire
- CPR and First Aid certification required (must be obtained before or during onboarding)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Must pass a background check and health screening
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
