Location: Montevideo
CCM Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide personal care and health-related services to clients in their homes under the Home Care department. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and report to the supervising nurse.
Casual hours with a minimum of 8 hours per 30 days; no weekends, rotating holidays; union Local 113. Requires MN CNA, high school diploma, and MN driver’s license; prior home care or acute care experience preferred.
