What You'll Do

• Provide personalized care and support to residents, including medication assistance and personal care
• Follow and assist with residents' daily Plan of Care, using therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and volunteers, reporting changes or concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate resident records and comply with facility, state, and federal requirements
• Support a safe, clean, and home-like environment while responding to resident and household needs
• Participate in mandatory meetings, in-service training, and required online education modules
• Collaborate with team members to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School education or equivalent required
