Medical Assistant - Dermatology

Responsibilities

• Patient Care – Provide competent technical and clinical services, assist care providers, prepare patients for examination and treatment, deliver family‑centered care, and serve as customer advocate.
• Customer Service – Act as a customer advocate, respond quickly to parent requests, provide education/information, and maintain courteous interactions.
• Collaboration – Work collaboratively with colleagues, resolve problems, develop positive relationships, and promote a professional work environment.
• Data Management – Manage records, assist data collection, maintain patient files, and adhere to documentation practices.
• Laboratory Work and Testing – Manage specimens per protocol, maintain knowledge of testing processes, retrieve results, and communicate results as delegated.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a program in Medical Assisting.
• No directly related experience or completion of a formal medical services training program of the U.S. armed forces or one year of work experience in a related discipline.

Kasota – 3244 Burnet.

Schedule:

Full time, Day shift.
