Position: FT/PT Home Health Aide Evening Shift
Location: Union Hill

Home Health Aide - Evening Shift Respect | Resilience | Integrity Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives.
* Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred, but not required.
**** Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!

* Shifts:

Full Time / Part Time2:00pm - 10:00pmE/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation

Part Time Casual On-Call positions available as well

Pay:$15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience)
Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials (Additional $1/hour)
Weekend Shift Differential (Additional $1/hour)

Responsibilities and duties:

Assisting residents with all of their ADL's (activities of daily living) including; dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and showering.

Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times

Medication administration

Interaction/activities with residents

General clean up and laundry

Qualifications and skills:

Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor

Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly

Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families

Excellent communication skills

Good team player
