Wheaton, MN split with Breckenridge, MN - Setting: OP; SNF/LTC; IP; HHPay Package:
Starting at $2600/week - Guaranteed
Hours:
40-hour weekly guarantee - Schedule:
Flexible;
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call) - Contract Length: 13+ weeks
- Start Date:
07/01/2026
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in SNF/LTC, OP, IP preferred — new grads encouraged to apply!
- Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
- Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement-related impairments.
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
- Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
- Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
- Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
