Astera Health has an opening for a part‑time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) at our Verndale Clinic. This position is scheduled for 32 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday.

• Possess current independent license (LICSW) in State of MN
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Display professionalism in emotional/high‑stress situations
• Have ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Demonstrate drive for continual improvement and program development

Two years' experience as a LICSW preferred. Clinical experience in pediatrics, trauma, and/or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) preferred. Experience in rural health.

Summary of the role:

provide psychotherapy, have an interest in satellite clinic practice if business needs, and experience in telehealth if business needs.
