** Phlebotomist PRN
** to join our team at 2716

E. 82nd St., Bloomington, MN. 55425.

* Work Schedule:

** Work schedule is PRN hours during business hours based on business needs. Business hours are Monday - Friday, from 7:00am - 6:00pm, rotational Saturdays may be included in this role.

* Job Responsibilities:

*
* + Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

+ Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

+ Process billing information and collect payments when required

+ Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

+ Maintain patient and specimen information logs

+ Provide superior customer service to all patients

+ Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

+ Travel to additional sites when needed

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

** Additional Job Standards:*
* + In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency

+ Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

+ Ability to work in fast paced / high volume work environments

+ Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

+ Flexibility to work overtime as needed

+ Exceptional customer service

+ Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

+ Ability to work independently or in a team environment

+ Comfortable working under minimal supervision

*** QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM * :
** Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

** Pay Range:**   $17.75 - $27.69 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
