Location: Paynesville
Centra Care Health in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will organize and conduct medically prescribed PT programs to restore function after illness or injury, evaluating progress and adjusting plans as needed.
The role may include occasional inpatient and LTC coverage. You will work closely with physicians and rehabilitation staff to help patients reach their maximum functional potential while living within their capabilities.
