Location: Lonsdale
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a part-time Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care for residents in long‑term care facilities in Lonsdale, MN.
The role requires an active NP/PA license in Minnesota, at least 6 months in LTC, strong communication and clinical skills, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Offering weekend shifts with PTO and malpractice coverage; salary range $60,000–$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
