Family Partners of Minnesota is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Kasson, MN. • Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support individuals in community integration, social activities, and recreational outings
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members
• Promote client independence, dignity, and self-advocacy in all interactions

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota DHS
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to complete required DSP training and certifications
• Compassionate, dependable, and person-centered approach to care
