Location: Grand Meadow
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred.
- Experience managing caseloads of 10–20 patients per day preferred.
- Ability to meet an 85% productivity standard and work a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Willingness to float between multiple skilled nursing facilities within the region as needed.

The assignment is located in Grand Meadow, Minnesota, within easy driving distance to regional recreation and cultural sites. The town is approximately 15 miles from Austin, MN, home to local museums and the Hormel Historic Home, and about 45 miles from Rochester, MN, with major medical centers and shopping options. Grand Meadow is within a one‑hour drive of Lake Louise and Maplewood State Park, offering hiking trails and fishing opportunities, suitable for an active, outdoor lifestyle.
The area provides a small‑town, quiet living environment with access to regional highways for commuting to nearby communities and convenient access to local parks and community events.
