Clinic Radiology Technologist

The Radiology Technologistprovides services to patients and physicians through the creation of diagnostic images appropriate to the age of the patients. Responsible for meeting the established standards of practice and patient care, supplies and equipment, and for coordinating teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. The Radiology Technologist may serve patients of all ages.

The hourly wage range for this position is $32.45–$45.81. This range reflects the base salary for this position.

• Prepare patient for radiological procedures by accurately assessing patients' needs and providing patient education.
• Ensures correctexam is performed.
• Operates radiology equipment for data acquisition, reconstruction of images, documentation of images, and performs quality control measures for the purpose of ensuring optimal quality images.
• Communicates pertinent data to persons responsible for the care of the patient following the examination.

• Graduate from an accredited school of radiology
• Current ARRTcertificationand/or state certification
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire date, company paid)

64 hours per two-week pay period (0.8 FTE)

Scheduled shifts may include: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 8:0 0 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Additional shifts may be available as needed

This position supports staffing needs across all locations and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts
