Green Lea Senior Living is looking for a dependable Resident Assistant to join our team!
- Wage Range: $15.00 - $17.75/hour + credit given for experience
- Shift differential for designated shifts! $1 for evenings, $3 for nights
- Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time openings | Shift options are 6a-2p, 2p-10p, or 10p-6a

What You'll Do:
- Enhance the quality of life of our residents by providing personalized support for daily activities, which fosters independence and dignity
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional companionship
- Monitor health and encourage participation in social activities
- Promote overall well-being and a sense of community among our residents
What You'll Need:
- ACNA or HHA certificate is preferred, but not required
- Entry level role in healthcare - we will train compassionate individuals!
