St Francis Physical Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a
Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our team.
Whether you're an experienced PT or a new graduate (temporary licenses welcome!), you'll find a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and the freedom to deliver exceptional patient care.
$39.00–$42.50 per hour (based on experience)
- Disability Insurance
- 3 weeks during your first 2 years
- 4 weeks after 2 years
- 5 weeks after 5 years
- Physical Therapy License Reimbursement
Flexible full-time or part-time schedule—you choose what fits your life.
60-minute evaluations and 40+ minute follow-up visits so you can focus on quality care, not rushing from patient to patient.
Continuing education support and opportunities to specialize in areas such as Women's Health and other clinical interests.
Clear opportunities to advance into Clinic Lead and Clinic Director roles.

What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy
- Create individualized treatment plans focused on helping people regain independence
- Reduce pain, improve movement, and help patients avoid unnecessary surgery through movement-based care
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive clinical team
- Document progress and celebrate patient success
