Seeking an EXTRAORDINARY Resident Assistant – Part-Time NOC Shift!

Vitality Living of Sebeka is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Resident Assistant to join our Night Shift (NOC) team!

As a Resident Assistant, you will provide compassionate personal care and support to our residents while helping maintain their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will be an important part of our team, ensuring our residents feel safe, respected, valued, and cared for throughout the night.

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to residents
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and choice
• Administer medications as assigned and in accordance with state regulations and company policies
• Monitor residents throughout the night and respond appropriately to their needs
• Complete required documentation and essential paperwork accurately and timely
• Follow all state regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Participate in activity programming and resident engagement
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide exceptional resident care
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents
