Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Mora, MN)
Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time asleep overnight Direct Support Professional(DSP) for our Village Green I adult foster care homein Mora, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. The Village Green 1program is located in Mora, in a quiet neighborhood a couple of blocks away from the Elementary School.
The program supports women ranging in age fromtheir 20sto 50s living with intellectual disabilities,Bipolar Disorder,FASD, and Autism.
Shift: 11:00pm-9:00am. 6 days on, 8 days off. 30 hours per week. Every other weekend is required. 18+ is required. A driver's license is required.
Awake: 11:00pm-12:00am & 6:00am-9:00am
Asleep: 12:00am-6:00am
Salary: $12.00 per hour for asleep hours, $18.75-$19.25 per hour for awake hours

What You’ll do as a DSP:
As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. You will assist in a variety of day-to-day tasks based on the needs and goals of the people you are caring for. Duties may include medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, assistance with personal hygiene and medical cares, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, going out to eat, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation, and more.
You will develop meaningful relationships and be part of a person-centered culture that values the people we support and team members.
Your schedule will typically include 4–8-hour shifts with hours scheduled during the week and every other weekend. We support people 24/7 and have a variety of shift times available.
For this position you will need:
- To pass a post-offer background check
- A valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings
