Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities;
Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed;
Pass medications and report changes to the RN;
Assist with light housekeeping duties and document services performed on computerized charting system;
Assist residents with prescribed program activities and observe for changes in condition and report to supervisor
