Provide person-centered care to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration;
Promote dignity, independence and well-being while assisting with ADLs;
Document services performed on computerized charting system;
Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor;
Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion
