Marshfield Clinic - 725 Fuller Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide care and services such as medication administration, healthcare services, activities of daily living assistance and other duties, as assigned, in a caring, safe and efficient manner.;
Assist residents with self-administration of medications and may administer medications with proper training.;
Assist residents in maintaining proper and clean appearance, bathing, and maintaining cleanliness of body areas.;
Help residents with toileting needs, dressing and undressing, and maintaining proper clothing.;
Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking; obtain vital signs and report changes in health status; adhere to OSHA/CDC guidelines and SDS guidelines; assist with preparing and serving meals and snacks; handle linens and laundry; assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms and public areas.
