Good Samaritan Society - 601 West Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of an RN;
Assist residents with meals, dining, and hydration to ensure a positive dining experience;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and mobility as needed;
Perform basic health care tasks such as obtaining and recording vital signs and documenting interactions and care outcomes;
Support infection prevention and control policies and proper use of personal protective equipment
