Required (Must-Have):
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum of two years' experience delivering behavioral health services
- Minimum of one year of lead experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field
- Ability to support individuals with significant mental health symptoms, including physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, chemical dependence, brain injury, and cognitive impairments
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience using de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and positive behavioral supports
- Strong observation, counseling and assessment skills
- Strong teamwork skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to work one-on-one and in group settings
- Strong time management and self-management skills
