Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Sartell, MN. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support children's development, delivering hands‑on treatment for a range of developmental, sensory, and functional challenges while partnering closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver whole‑child, family‑centered care.

This position is open to both part‑time and full‑time candidates, paid hourly.

• Treatment Delivery: Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist, delivering engaging, play‑based therapy sessions focused on improving functional skills such as feeding, dressing, handwriting, and sensory integration.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and session outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and under OT oversight.
• Collaboration: Work closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and care teams to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
• Care Coordination: Support transitions of care and ensure alignment across providers to maximize outcomes for each patient.

• Active MN license/certification to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• NBCOT certification in good standing.
• Minimum of one to two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with sensory integration and developmental therapy techniques.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
