About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living A Program Coordinator functions as an advocate, supporter, educator, and caregiver to individuals with disabilities. We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment.

We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. Our programs are 4-bedroom residential settings & centered around the individuals we support. Most importantly, the goal is to provide services to enrich the lives of our residents to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
