PM Resident Assistant or CNA – Full-Time
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
Paidout at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment.

Vitality Living of New York Mills is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated PM(3pm-11pm) Resident Assistant or CNA to provide exceptional care and support to our residents during evening hours.
What You'll Do:- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Respond promptly toresident needs and emergencies
- Complete safety checks and documentation
- Provide compassionate carewhile promoting resident independence
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
- Work collaboratively withthe healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in assisted living, healthcare, or caregiving preferred, but willing to train theright candidate
- CNA certification is aplus, but not required
- $18.00 - $22.00/hour Performance-Based Pay
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Full-time schedule (80hours per pay period)
