Pharmacy Manager

Join Walmart as a Pharmacy Manager in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You'll lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing, and provide outstanding patient care. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Walmart pharmacy to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing
• Supervise, coach, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of integrity, safety, and high performance
• Ensure full compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws, regulations, and Walmart policies, including controlled substance management
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including patient counseling, immunizations, and medication therapy management to improve health outcomes
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and storage practices to minimize waste, prevent stockouts, and maintain appropriate formularies
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators related to prescription volume, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism, focusing on service, safety, and long-term loyalty
• Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to support overall store performance and community health initiatives
• Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow, safety, and the patient experience
• Ensure accurate insurance processing, billing, and documentation to reduce errors, denials, and compliance risks
