Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).

Description:

We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in patient's residence (including showering, dressing and toileting assistance)
• Light Housekeeping & Laundry
• Transferring & mobility assistance
• Assist with client's personal care activities
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.

Helpful

Skills:

• Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant
• Health care administration skills
