• Settings: Outpatient, Hospital Inpatient, and Home Health

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams, providing PT, OT, and SLP services in a multidisciplinary approach.

Olivia is a close‑knit community with events such as the Corn Capital Days Festival. It offers parks, trails, and sporting facilities.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be eligible for PT licensing in Minnesota.
