Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Lead Therapist opportunity at Whitewater Health Services, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to exceptional patient care and collaborative teamwork. This role blends hands-on therapy services with peer leadership, program development, and clinical support.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services within your licensed discipline (PT or PTA).
• Assist with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow.
• Serve as a clinical resource and liaison for the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), Regional Vice President (RVP), facility staff, and Continuum leadership.
• Promote compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to support patient outcomes.
• Act as a peer leader (non-supervisory), providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance while maintaining direct patient care.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Will consider a PT or PTA for this role.
