Job Overview

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part‑time caregiver position offers $16 per hour.

Schedule:

Wednesday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and every other Saturday/Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and basic care.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide care for persons with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants and work with a team.
• Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities.

• Minimum six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
