Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques;
Deliver range of motion and passive exercises as appropriate;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements, support nutrition and hydration;
Document resident interactions, communicate changes to the charge nurse, and support infection prevention and PPE use
