Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dynamic speech language pathologist (SLP) to serve our pediatric and adult patients with our collaborative Burnsville Clinic team and Flexible Workforce team!

Preferred candidate will have CCC - SLP and formal training and clinical experience providing feeding services. Where feeding experience is limited, Fairview offers mentoring and development opportunities for professional growth. In collaboration with patients and families, the SLP is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.

FTE 0.8, authorized to work up to 64 hours per pay period.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm.

Mondays & Wednesdays (pediatrics only) at Fairview Cobblestone Clinic in Burnsville, and

Thursdays & Fridays at various locations - Flexible Workforce.

Flexible Workforce will provide coverage for various locations across Twin Cities metro area; including Burnsville, Edina, Eagan, Maple Grove, Maplewood, New Hope, and Woodbury.

Fairview Rehabilitation offers a range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. • The Speech Language Pathologist partners with the patient and family while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation
