Hours:
40-hour weekly guarantee - Schedule:
Flexible;
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call) - Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR Certification
- ASHA Certification (preferred)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Assessing, diagnosing and treating communication disorders such as speech, fluency, language, voice and swallowing disorders
- Developing, planning and implementing a personalized treatment plan to address patient concerns
- Working with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient care
- Educating and counseling patients and families on communication and swallowing disorders
- Keeping up to date on new techniques and trends in the field of speech language pathology and communication disorders
- Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls
- Authenticating, preparing, and submitting documentation, ensuring confidentiality of all records, per HIPAA guidelines
