PCA - Part-Time; Circle Pines

Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday's (16 hours per week)
• 1pm-5pm
• Some weeks may have more available hours

• Providing 1:1 care in a loving home.
• Must have a Driver's License to drive the client on nearby errands/appointments.

• We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan.

• Helping client with organization
• Perform domestic and household tasks (light housekeeping/laundry)
• Driving to appointments and errands (must have a driver's license)
• Meal prep (the client will advise on what type of meals)
• Assist with client's personal care activities
• Reminders (medications/schedule)
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support
