A Daughters Love INC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Staples, MN! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. If you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you!

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily physical activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

• Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant (PCA) experience preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with clients
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plan instructions
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
